Britney N. Graber, Ph.D.
Associate Director for Institutional Effectiveness
Britney Graber has served as Associate Director of Institutional Effectiveness since February 2022. She served as a Graduate Apprentice for the office from 2017-2019. Prior to her return to Baylor, she was the Director of Institutional Effectiveness at Trevecca Nazarene University (Nashville, TN). In these roles, she has led several SACSCOC reaffirmation and interim report processes and the implementation of a continuous compliance model for accreditation at Baylor. Before her higher education career, she was a high school special education teacher in the early 2010s in Riverside, Iowa.
Dr. Graber earned a BS in Social Studies Education and MA in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Taylor University (Upland, IN), MA in Teaching: Special Education from Morningside College (Sioux City, IA), and PhD in Higher Education Studies and Leadership from Baylor University.
In 2020, Dr. Graber co-authored Christ-Enlivened Student Affairs (ACU Press) alongside Drs. Perry Glanzer, Theodore Cockle, and Elijah Jeong. Her research interests and areas of expertise include Christian higher education, Title IX policy, and assessment and accreditation.
In her spare time, Dr. Graber loves checking off new countries on her travel list, reading, watching Korean dramas, listening to true crime podcasts, crafting, visiting the family farm in Iowa, and playing with her dog, Beau. She is an active member of Grace Church Hewitt where she serves as Deaconess of Member Care and plays violin with the worship team.
